Can't see any product images when you browse our shop?


It has come to our attention that some customers cannot see the product images when they browse Urbanity Store - they just see the product names.

After investigating this, we have discovered that it is being caused by some Norton software. Norton has a bug that makes it think that some our our product images are adverts, so it stops them from being displayed.  If you are experiencing this, then it is probably affecting lots of other websites that you access without you realising.

To fix this, just turn off "Ad blocking" in your Norton software (or turn off Norton altogether), and you should start seeing the website as it is meant to be!
